A happy belated new year to you all. I haven't forgotten about this blog, but I have been distracted by work - and jobseeking, now that I am once again unemployed.
For Christmas, I got this set from Dauwalders for £13.95. It includes a stockbook, a magnifying glass, and "hundreds of stamps" - I haven't been counting the individual number of stamps, but the set includes several thematic packets, of which I had one mushroom and fungi themed, two vehicle themed, and one animal themed. It also came with a Penny Red. Some of these stamps will be the subject of their own posts in due course, but until then, rest assured that I have not forgot about you.
I've also acquired a separate packet of East German stamps, feeding into another interest of mine, and these will be the subject of their own post as well. Stay tuned.
